2001-09-30 - 3:16 p.m. i should definitely write something after that last post so no one thinks that im going insane. yesterday was that, though, really insane. ive never played in the mud, as much as that, until yesterday. shit, that was really really cold, and it kinda hurt, but too much fun. then i had to clean out the shower, blah. elise helped. thanks elise. dave wouldnt wrestle, now he regrets it. hes so jealous. but before that, there was daves parents party. that was slightly uncomfortable, but i was really happy that i could go. his parents are really the nicest people. i think that i was just uncomfortable because i could see how uneasy dave was, and i couldnt do anything to help it. but anyway, mud wrestling with my friends. ha, my friends are amazing. i have the coolest friends in the world. and then scott and elise came! and it was so nice to see them. at last, elise and i could compare denim and discuss belmont and clean bathtubs. so we stayed with them for the rest of the evening. the appartment, with CATTIE!... and matt... ha. the rest is a big blur. i remember the best ice cream that ive ever had, and copying the sign, because it seemed like the right thing to do... and i remember the most incredible house, with the highest rope swing i have ever seen. a glass floor, and a really good bluegrass band. people were kinda funny looking. i guess i expected older people, and then i realized, wait! elise is a senior too [i actually always forget]... her friends would be seniors... these are basically my classmates... my classmates are THIS young-looking. so does that mean that i am THIS young-looking? i guess that it does... nameless faces- and i was one of them. i held on to dave for dear life, and couldnt go to the bathroom because there wasnt a doorknob, it was just a push-door-thing. way too compicated. pf changs has doorknobs on their doors... i didnt understand. and then i remember watching the simpsons, but i couldnt tell you anything that happened in the numerous episodes. all i remember is cattie. it was a great time though. a very fun and appropriate saturday. this morning i was forced to go to church, which didnt turn out to be that bad. ate brunch with parents at the club. the pineapple is amazing. then dad and i went to get a necklace to match my dress for friday. when i got home, i tried on the whole ensemble: the dress, the shoes, and now, the necklace. i was jamming to the donnas, so, i actually left the dress on and danced around my room... its been too long since ive done that. i cant believe that im seeing the donnas tommorow night. ive been listening to them all day... im gonna go insane, i just know it. they are gonna be the coolest girls, i can just tell... damn. i want the donnas as my friends! ha. oh god, clay just called. take care kids.
