so, my computer keeps having strokes and vital organ failures. i dont like it. it just deleted a sorry tidbit of an entry that i had started. damn this thing.
ok, on to less important things:
"you got me open like a 7-11." the date made me think of that inspiring salt-n-peppa lyric. ahh...
ok, so. i had senior pictures today. shit. that was insane. not only was it incredibly ridiculus and hilarious, it was also kinda overwhelming... i looked in the mirror and i was wearing a fuking cap and gown. how the hell is that supposed to make a girl feel? ill tell you how it made me feel. it made me feel pretty damn done. just plain done. i have no idea why i felt "done," but i did. thats the only word i can think of that feels right. so yeah, done. enough of that.
tonight was really fun. got to hang out with vanaked, taka and jay. the greatest of these tonight was jay, just bc i havent seen him since europe. it was nice to laugh with him again. we went to "lazer chase," and we were speculating as we were going as to what this new and excitingly mysterious kind of lazer tag would be like. we decided that the name suggests that you go in, are strapped with numerous targets all covering your body, and no gun. then, the hired hit-(wo)men chase you around with guns. the object would be to escape without being killed. our theory was proved wrong though when we were all handed guns and vests in the beginning of the game. damn. what we were then to find is that "lazer chase" is just a watered-down kiddie form of lazer quest. the targets are pinhead sized and the guns hurt to pull the trigger. i should know. i fired 1136 shots. my hand is killing me. i did well though, better than the kids i was with. a lot better. i was pleased. i get really into lazer tag. ill be back, no doubt.
after this, jay and i realized that we missed q-zar a lot though. the whole strategy based game was more entertaining than the free-for-all-shooting-attack-everyone method. although the facility is nicer at lq, q-zar was a better game. yes. a better game.
i just spent a lot of time typing about lazer tag.
i could go on a lot longer, though.
then the foursome that we are went to maggie moos, but since im cheap, i opted for a $1.07 icee from the texaco down the hill. i like maggie moos fine, but the lines so damn long, and the prices are so ridiculus. taka bought a 12 pack of coke. no idea why. so many people came to maggie moos while we were there. it was almost annoying. we actually left after a while because more and more people we know kept driving up. we went back to vanakeds, petted the coolest dogs in the world for a while, and i went home. ooh then travis was on letterman, that was really good.
wow my life is so boring. and damnit, i missed the new real world.
